Headspace
Thomas Otieno
Taken during the quarantine, amidst a pandemic, with an uncertain future looming, this project is a reminder to all to protect their mental health and everything surrounding it. Tensions tend to rise high with every new day and headline. This project is a reminder to go back to the basics, the things that keep us going, and to embrace them. It’s the little things that matter, the little things that warm us up on a cold day, that encourage us to be.
In mind as I shot this project were all those affected by the loss of jobs and the loss of loved ones, and are still recovering from all that came with the pandemic. Things will get better. The reminder therefore is to always protect your headspace.
